ABOUT

BEATA CNUDDE

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychological Medicine – Mental Health (MSc). I am a practitioner of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a certified coach, and an advocate for raising awareness about mental health. Viewing each person holistically is very important to me.

In my work, alongside my expertise in CBT, I also incorporate the latest scientific findings in neuroscience. Recent advances in neuroscience have enhanced our understanding of many mental health issues, leading to more effective therapies.

Additionally, I support individuals who seek to improve their brain function through cognitive training, helping with areas such as memory, concentration, problem-solving speed, and more.

I enjoy sharing my knowledge, which is why I offer seminars and workshops for both adults and youth. The main focus is on the brain and how it functions, exploring how both we and our environment impact our mental health. This understanding empowers us to consciously and positively change our thinking, behavior, and the connection between our body and brain.

I work in three languages: English, French & Polish.

Mind Excellence Center is established to use the latest academic research in the field of neuroscience in the services that foster positive attitudes, thoughts, feelings and relations. The latest research results provide a wealth of valuable information that changes our approach to education, modernize psychology, make the coaching process more efficient and enable training to improve brain efficiency.

One of the landmark discoveries in neuroscience is neuroplasticity of the brain and its positive consequences. The human brain has the amazing ability to reorganize itself by forming new connections between neurons. This means the brain is able to change throughout life. When we perform our activities our neural networks grow new connections, strengthen existing ones, and build insulation that speeds transmission of impulses. Thanks to our will and practice, we are able to consciously improve our mind and behaviors.

Our brain collects all information from outside and inside our body and processes it into feelings, thoughts and behaviors. Knowledge about what is happening in the brain allows us to more precisely and efficiently use psychology and coaching.

It has been proven that not only genetic factors determine our life but also the environment in which we live and the actions we take. This means that with professional knowledge and support, we can change and improve our mindset, our habits, increase motivation, create positive relations and attitudes.
