ABOUT ME

Beata Cnudde

I am practitioner of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a certified mental health coach. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychological Medicine – Mental Health, and I am committed to viewing each individual holistically.

In my practice, I combine CBT expertise with the latest advancements in neuroscience. These developments have significantly deepened our understanding of many mental health challenges, leading to more effective therapies that encourage positive changes in attitudes, thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

I also help individuals enhance their brain function through cognitive training, focusing on areas like memory, concentration, and problem-solving speed.

I enjoy sharing my knowledge, which is why I offer seminars and workshops for both adults and youth. The central theme is the brain and its functioning, exploring how both we and our environment impact mental health. This knowledge empowers us to consciously and positively transform our thinking, behavior, and the connection between our body and brain.
