Following the regulations on personal data protection applicable from 25 May 2018, (General regulation on the protection of personal data), we inform that your personal data in our database (eg.: e-mail address, name, telephone number, and in case of invoices also: address, bank account number and VAT) are processed by the Administrator in order to send you information about the services we offer; to organize meetings, sessions, trainings, workshops and other services offered, as well as to invoicing purposes. By signing up for the services organized by the Institute, the participant agrees to the personal data processing.
Since 2023 the administrator of your personal data is Mind Excellence Center. The headquarter’s address: Etterbeek, rue Batonnier Braffort 39.
You have the right to access the data entrusted to us and to change or delete them (for this purpose, simply send an email to contact@mindexcellence.eu, saying “DELETE DATA from the Mind Excellence Center database”.
Data shared by you is not subject to disclosure to any third parties. The only exception to this, are the institutions authorized by law. Please take into account that the information appearing on the bank transfer (name and surname, address, account number) is visible to the accounting officer preparing the annual statements of the company and supervising the financial flows of the company).

Protection des données personnelles
Conformément à la réglementation sur la protection des données personnelles applicable à partir du 25 mai 2018 (règlement général sur la protection des données personnelles), nous vous informons que vos données personnelles dans notre base de données (par exemple: adresse e-mail, nom, numéro de téléphone, et dans le cas des factures, il s’agit également de données supplémentaires: adresse, numéro de compte bancaire et TVA) sont traitées par l’administrateur afin de vous envoyer des informations sur les services que nous proposons; organiser des formations, des ateliers et d’autres programmes, ainsi qu’à des fins de facturation. En souscrivant aux services organisés par l’Institut, le participant accepte le traitement des données personnelles.

Vous avez le droit d’accéder aux données qui nous sont confiées et de les modifier ou de les supprimer (à cet effet, envoyez simplement un e-mail à contact@mindexcellence.eu en indiquant “SUPPRIMER LES DONNÉES de la base de données Mind Excellence Center”.
Les données que vous partagez ne sont pas susceptibles d’être divulguées à des tiers. La seule exception à cela, ce sont les institutions autorisées par la loi.Veuillez tenir compte du fait que les informations figurant sur le virement bancaire (nom et prénom, adresse, numéro de compte) sont visibles par le comptable de la société.

Ochrona danych osobowych
W związku z obowiązującymi od 25 maja 2018 r. przepisami w zakresie ochrony danych osobowych, czyli tzw. RODO (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych osobowych) informujemy, że Państwa dane osobowe znajdujące się w naszej bazie (np. adres mailowy, nazwisko, numer telefonu, a w przypadku faktur także: adres, numer konta bankowego i VAT) są przetwarzane przez Administratora w celu przesyłania do Państwa informacji na temat oferowanych przez nas usług oraz kontaktu niezbędnego do organizacji szkoleń, warsztatów i innych usług, realizacji procesu zapisów na oferowane wydarzenia i fakturowania.
Zapisując się na zajęcia organizowane przez Instytut uczestnik wyraża zgodę na ww. przetwarzanie danych osobowych.

W każdej sprawie dotyczącej przetwarzania Pani/Pana danych osobowych można się z nami skontaktować pod adresem e-mail contact@mindexcellence.eu
Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo dostępu do powierzonych nam danych oraz ich zmiany lub usunięcia (w tym celu wystarczy wysłać maila o treści „USUŃ DANE z bazy Mind Excellence Center” na skrzynkę contact@mindexcellence.eu) w dowolnym momencie.
Dane udostępnione przez Panią/Pana nie podlegają udostępnieniu podmiotom trzecim. Odbiorcami danych mogą być tylko instytucje upoważnione z mocy prawa. Prosimy wziąć pod uwagę, że informacja pojawiająca się na przelewie bankowym (imię i nazwisko, adres, numer konta; jest widoczne dla biura rachunkowego sporządzającego roczne rozliczenie firmy i nadzorującego przepływy finansowe firmy).
